In February and March 2024 Dirk and Sylvia made an unforgettable trip of about three weeks to beautiful British Guiana and Suriname. Their adventure began with three nights in the Commewijne District and after two nights in Georgetown they set sail for Guyana, land of pure nature; pristine rainforest and raging rivers with spectacular waterfalls but most of all home to unique big game such as giant anteaters and the elusive jaguar. Dear Untamed, We took a fantastic trip to British Guiana and (some days) Suriname. We saw a lot and experienced a lot. We took thousands of pictures and visited several beautiful lodges. Intensively visited the wilderness in the early morning and early evening. Not exactly rested back but very fulfilled. Let it be said again that the overall experience was very positive!
