Dear Untamed Travelling, Our vacation was a big party thanks in part to the tight organization of Untamed (all papers and vouchers were correct, all transfers connected well and were on time) and the local tour operators in Chile and Argentina. The first week in the Lakes Region with rental car we found super-relaxed, wonderful hiking and going up the Osorno volcano by chairlift. The Nothofagus hotel was unforgettable, not only the unique wooden hotel itself but also their story about involving the locals and the rainforest with the beautiful trails and swimming possibilities in the river. The second week's program was the Oosterschelde which we had booked ourselves. Also an awesome experience that we wouldn't have wanted to miss. The third week was also fantastic with glaciers (mini-hike we could book was also spectacular; definitely offer it to other travelers), lots of wildlife and waterfalls. The schedule was busy though with frequent early rises and lots of transportation. Any next time we might want to schedule an optional rest day in between. We also visited several special restaurants, for example we can recommend: restaurant Mi Viejo in El Calafate, a typical Argentine restaurant with very good products and service. One last tip for you travelers: in Chile and Argentina we used Pocket-WiFi from GlocalMe, a handy device that allows you to always have good WiFi around you (also for your fellow traveler). In 1 hotel the WiFi was really bad, in the other hotels it was good. The contact with Untamed and the local travel agencies was fast and smooth (available 24/7). Also for that it is convenient if you always have good WiFi. With kind regards, Harold and Virginie
