We have now been home for several days from a very balanced trip to Croatia
Croatia was a pleasant surprise for us. A country with beautiful ( rugged ) nature , culture, delicious food and drink and a nice hospitable people.
Because of your trip design, we were able to get to know them well.

The first stop in Rovinj was a beautiful location. Small scale with pool and parking and yet within walking distance of the old center
Truffle hunting and wine tasting was well organized and in beautiful locations

Location near the Pitvlice lakes was perfect. Upon arrival we already took a nice walk outside the park with a view of what awaited us the next day, we also really liked the cooking workshop.

The hotel in Dubrovnik was big but nice and with a nice pool and again with parking ( which by the way had to be paid for separately ).
Also located further from the old town but with bus stop at the door, where every 15 min a bus vetrok.Prima , because in Dubrovnik there is only parking for 'residents'.

The cooking workshop here took place in a beautiful rural setting and the guided city tours were all very worthwhile

The stopover in Zadar is a very nice break in an otherwise very long day of travel

Rental car pickup and return went very smoothly

All in all, we had an excellent vacation
