On behalf of my family, I would like to thank you very much for the wonderful journey you have put together. Everything went fine. The small problem in Okaukuejo was solved quickly by Untamed. We don't really have any immediate comments about improvements that would have been necessary during our trip. Only that sometimes we would have liked to stay a night longer.
We liked the changes you've made, such as:
-Ozondjou tent camp was great! The experience is indeed great. Horst also welcomed us well. We were lucky to be there alone with our family. We saw two groups of desert elephants together, seventeen in all!
-the upgrade of Onguma the fort was fantastic too! Such a beautiful location. (Nice alternative to Mowani, which is probably also worth it.)
-in Okaukuejo we got the premier waterwhole chalet nr 34. The most perfect location to see the waterhole from our bed/terrace. Incredibly beautiful to be able to follow the animals day and night.
- Okonjima was also very good and very friendly. We would rather stay there one night longer next time. Really recommended too!
The tour we did was also perfect in timing and distance. We also had a perfect car, the Toyota Fortuner, which even accommodated our four hard suitcases perfectly.
We were lucky with the weather in Swakopmund, namely three days of sunshine, which apparently is not evident in winter. The Strandhotel was also very much liked. A must in Swakopmund!
Namibia has been a wonderful experience for us with so many different impressions of outstanding landscapes, multitudes of animals and incredibly beautiful sundowners! If the future allows, we definitely want to go back and we want to add the Caprivi! I'll let you know in time! I would also like to thank you for the bottle that we received to rectify the late arrival of your guide.
