Gorongosa National Park is located on the south side of the Great Rift Valley. Before the outbreak of the civil war in Mozambique in the 1970s, Gorongosa National Park, north of Beira, was one of africa's most beautiful wildlife parks, with a healthy wildlife population. In recent years, we have worked hard to bring the park back to its former state. The flora and fauna in this vast park is diverse.
