Excursions to Sossusvlei
Drive into the sunrise in the morning and discover a lavishly covered breakfast table under a Camel Thorn Tree. Then quietly drive back to the stables and take a refreshing dip in the pool overlooking the open grassland. In the afternoon on the porch, have a coffee with homemade cake. In the late afternoon saddle the horse for an adventure across the grassy plain, through dry riverbeds and along mountain trails to face the sunset. Enjoy the selection of cocktails and nibbles offered by a friendly bartender as the sun sinks red behind the magical desert. In the evening in the romantic dining room by candlelight dine or under the sparkling starry sky taste a delicious meal. Prefer not to be on horseback? There are guided walks, safaris by 4x4 vehicle, excursions to Sossusvlei or the Naukluft Mountains or take a flight with a hot air balloon over the open plain.
