Sand dunes of Sossusvlei
Little Kulala Camp, a luxury desert retreat, is located in the Kulala Wilderness Reserve. It is the gateway to Sossusvlei with towering dunes and bright starry skies. Little Kulala's accommodations consist of "kulalas" (meaning "to sleep") that blend silently into the timeless desert landscape. The wooden terrace offers views of the dunes and the small wildlife that roams here. In the lounge, sipping a cocktail, admire the red evening glow and the sun sinking silently into a sea of sand.
Sleeping under the stars
A guided expedition through the high red dunes of Sossusvlei is not to be missed. Another option to admire the beautiful dunes is a hot air balloon safari. Taking off at first light, you will fly above the beautiful dunes and desert, fleeing oryx and ostriches and ending with a champagne breakfast at the landing site. But most remarkable is the "skybed" roof. Admiring the starry glow from your bed, can you dream of anything more beautiful? The designation "little paradise" is no exaggeration here. Where the world can't find you...
