Sustainable with very convenient location
Opt to stay in one of the various eco-friendly tented camps located in different regions of Namibia. You will spend the night in comfortable tents with plenty of privacy near the main highlights. The locations are perfectly chosen with sensational views and the camps offer you an unforgettable nature experience. Enjoy tasty meals prepared on open fire and overwhelming activities.
One of our favorite tent camps is:
Ozondjou Trails
Sensationally located on a small plateau in Damaraland you will find the tent camp Ozondjou Trails Camp. 'Ozondjou' is the Herero word for 'elephant' in the local Herero language and this name is perfectly chosen because the camp is close to the home of the Elephant Human Relations Aid (EHRA) project. With your stay you support not only EHRA but also the local farmers. Experience local daily life with a visit to a nearby farm, join an EHRA team in search of desert elephants, and see what other wildlife you can spot during the various activities you can undertake. From the camp you have a sensational view over the Ugabrivier bed and the majestic Brandberg.
