The Chintsa area's abundance of birds makes it a true paradise for bird watchers. There are many Xhosa villages in the region that are still authentic and in Mthatha there are three museums dedicated to the life and heritage of Nelson Mandela and to the culture of the Xhosa. Back at the lodge there is every opportunity to relax body and mind: in the Wellness Spa you can choose from shorter but also very extensive treatments.
