Nyerere National Park
Nyerere National Park is Africa's largest game reserve in southern Tanzania. This is Africa at its wildest! The reserve has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Countless elephants and predators line the banks of the Rufiji River , which is teeming with hippos and crocodiles. The trees along the river seem to be alive because of the many birds. Nyerere National Park is one of the few parks in Africa where boat trips can be made; an absolute experience when you sail upstream past bathing elephants, stared at by dozens of hippos.
Ruaha NP
Ruaha NP . is a unique piece of Africa, rugged and unspoilt, located between the rivers Njombe and Ruaha. Flora and fauna of East and Southern Africa meet here, resulting in spectacular landscapes and special game species.
