Tour Cameroon
A journey full of culture and nature, with beautiful palaces and meet the many ethnic groups that Cameroon is rich in. But also a stay in one of the most beautiful national parks of West Africa.
Maroua and Rhumsiki
In Maroua you hardly notice that you are in the third city of Cameroon, there is an almost village atmosphere. Extremely friendly and relaxed. After sunset, Maroua turns into one big braderie, which has a great charm. Not charming, but very special is the area around the village of Rhumsiki. Here you will see one of the most extraordinary and bizarre landscapes of Cameroon, a 'lunar landscape' with giant rock needles. It is the habitat of the kapsikiethnic group. The two-hour walk to the valley is rewarded with truly fantastic views of the 1000 meter high Kapsiki peak. With these impressive rock needles fresh in your memory, get yourself up for a game drive in Waza National Park, a real treat for big game lovers. Lions, giraffes, elephants the rare roan and topi antelopes. The biggest draw are the elephant families that gather in herds of sometimes up to 60 pieces around one of the (landscaped) water drinking places.
Cameroon's rich past
Immersing yourself in the atmosphere of the rich past, among others. in the city of Yaoundé, the million-dollar city of Yaoundé.
