Pristine and pure
A walking safari is considered the most pure and impressive way of safari. A more intense contact with nature is therefore hardly possible. For this unique walking safari, head to the most pristine part of South Luangwa National Park. With an armed guide, you'll go into nature. Details that you will now see when you are in a 4WD! Because you let go of the 'protection' of the vehicle, you will not approach the wild animals very close. But the experienced guide is sure to find some traces of these wildlife!
Big Five, impala and giraffes.
Nature can't be predicted, the exciting thing about a walking safari is the chance of a 'close-up encounter' with one of the members of the 'Big Five'. Animal species you will almost certainly see during your stay in this park are: buffalo, elephants, puku's antelope, impala, waterbuck, giraffes, zebras, spotted hyenas and lions. For the experienced Africa traveller this is a trip to mouth water.
