Tour in search of the essence
A quiet, almost dreamy trip gives you time to get used to Laos. The private slow boat takes you across the Mekong, the slow-flowing river that will be regularly in view throughout the trip.
The route to southern Laos is not a tight line. You will visit corners of the country and experience the enormous diversity. Temples with golden stupas and impressive cave systems, vibrant cities with neon light and historic places, jungle and waterfalls... Again and again you meet other ethnic groups of Laos, the people are extremely friendly and relaxed.
In the far south of Laos, the journey ends as it began: slow, on a boat in the widest part of the Mekong, in the area of the 4,000 islands. You switch to a slower pace, and you can let all the impressions settle in a picturesque beautiful water landscape.
