Temples and tropical beaches

In the south you will find the lively city of Phuket and the most paradisiacal islands and beaches, such as Koh Samui, the Phi Phi Islands and the beaches of Krabi. The list of tropical islands and resorts is extremely long, providing a blissful menu of choices for extremely relaxing days by the sea. In the central part of Thailand lies hip & happening Bangkok. The metropolis is surrounded by districts full of sleepy rural villages, temples and floating markets. You will also find historical remains of the Khmer and World War II.
Vast nature reserves with elephants and gibbons
Nature there is improbably green and in all corners of the world there are amazingly beautiful nature reserves and national parks, such as Khao Sok NP, Kanchanaburi NP and Dot Inthanon NP. Explore the magnificent nature by boat and on foot, and look for elephants, gibbons, sambar deer and armadillos. Thailand is also undisputedly one of the absolute top for birdwatchers, because of the many different habitats, each with their specific richness of species.
