Tips & Tops Tour Chile, Bolivia and Argentina:
- During your multi-day private tour (including driver/guide) through Bolivia, you'll pass the colored lakes Laguna Verde and Laguna Colorada with large colonies of flamingos. The colors and splendour of the desolate desert and mountains at this altitude is stunning.
- Via La Paz and Lake Titicaca you can also continue the journey from Uyuni to Peru and its Inca culture – see Inca & Andes
- If you want to extend your tour by rental car, you can continue from Salta to Mendoza along the flanks of the Andes by Ischigualasto National Park (Valley of the Moon) and Talampaya National Park (red mountains), see also by-hire car-over-ruta-40.
- Are you interested in the gastronomy of the Andes and the excellent (white) wines around Cafayate? We can organise culinary workshops for you, reserve the most excellent gastronomic spots for you and recommend a stay in one of the beautiful wineries. Take a look at North Deluxe for inspiration.
- The best travel period is from March to November; the period from mid-December to March is less suitable.
- You can also cross from San Pedro de Atacama by bus over the high passes of the Andes to Salta, as you do the self-drive along the peaks of the Andes or connect to the Extremes of northern Argentina.
