During this 16-day private tour, you will visit the less visited parks of Costa Rica. In the little-visited Tenorio National Park, there are wonderful hiking opportunities to volcanoes, bubbling mud pots and the Rio Celeste, the Heavenly River. From Bagaces, visit the Llanos de Cortes waterfall, Miravalles Volcano National Park, the verdant Lomas Barbudal Biological Reserve and Palo Verde National Park. The latter park is home to many species of birds as well as crocodiles, monkeys, deer and other mammals. The Uvita rainforest has been named one of the most biologically intense regions in the world by National Geographic, from which you can also easily reach Marino Ballena National Park, famous for its humpback whales.

Corcovado National Park

Much of the Osa peninsula is occupied by the Corcovado National Park with incredible ecological diversity and without a doubt one of Costa Rica's natural gems. You will find lush rainforest, beautiful rivers and lakes, mangrove forests, exotic bays and beautiful beaches. Explore the beautiful park with a guide on several jungle hikes and look for as many as 500 species of birds and 140 species of mammals. Pura naturaleza!
