Back to basic
Lamps burn on propane here, drinking water comes from a tap outside, heat comes from the wood burner and handmade quilts adorn the beds. Showering is a 7-minute walk from your cabin, where the communal dining area and library are located. In the midst of beautiful rugged nature, you have the luxury of experiencing the real Alaska as an adventurer.
Tips & tops Camp Denali:
- Started in 1954 (!)
- 18 authentic well-appointed cabins, handmade.

- Would you rather go out on your own? Topographic maps, canoes, bicycles and gear are on loan.
- During the summer, guest speakers are invited to give presentations about their expertise, the 'Special Emphasis Series sessions'.
